Many of my clients are fearful avoidants—meaning commitment can feel overwhelming, even when it’s something you deeply want. That’s why I don’t offer or require packages. You’re welcome to book sessions individually, as and when you're ready. This work only supports healing when you feel safe, respected, and in control of your own journey.
